10KMs up the road I met Matt Blake from England. Matt is the first long distance cyclist I've met since leaving Asia. This interesting guy had already pedalled 35,000KMs and he was only about half way through his journey. He was presently cycling between Prudhoe Bay (top of Alaska) and Ushuaia (bottom of Argentina). Matt invited me back to a farm where he was visiting friends and learning Spanish. The evening was spent comparing routes and experiences while playing dominos with the children.
